Right about what?! Most certainly, he was right about the jazz, my man. Eclecticism is the word. Like a jazz musician who creates his own style out of the styles around him, the intern plays by ear. The array of energy that stems from the rhythm section, tamed only by the soothing sound of the Rhodes, is picked up by Ben Nimmo on the saxophone, who creates a whole sonic universe of its own. Loveless moments are to be avoided. Yusef was right.
